Additional charges occur for items that comes in full packaging (ie with boxes) and we would advise for you to opt for other couriers like DHL / UPS for handling such items which we will of course arrange on your behalf. All pre-loved and brand new items sold are authentic, unless stated otherwise. We strive to give you the most honest description of each items being put up on sale when tending to your enquiries.

Most of our bags come with dustbags and care cards only! Occassionally, our bags would come in its full packaging and this we will state in our blog post. Please do not expect us to provide you with the same service / packaging that you would get from a boutique. We are a blog seller after all, and we believe that your very reason for coming to us in the first place is to buy a similar bag but at a much cheaper price.

Any defects/signs of wear/stains will be highlighted in each and every item posted on this blog.
